26th September 2021 : The Europe-Togo Province celebrates its 10th Anniversary
The result of the unification of the three former provinces of England-Ireland, France-Togo and Italy, now has its own personality and a rich history.
We have come a long way together since 2011 to discover, get to know and value each other and receive each other as sisters of the same body, and to build a real sense unity. We have come a long way in making choices and prioritising our apostolic choices and locations since 2015. It has been a long process.
We still have to juggle with three languages, which is not easy for anyone! As we continue this journey we are still learning how to adapt to, and celebrate our cultural differences !
So, we are delighted to celebrate this anniversary at the beginning of this Provincial Chapter, which is being held in Rome. With real joy in our hearts, we remember the paths we have travelled and welcome the paths ahead as we enter into an unknown future.
So happy birthday as we enter a new decade together !
