International Women’s Day
March 8th, 2025 – To All the Women of England: Celebrating your strength and resilience
On this March 8th, we celebrate you, the women of England, your boundless contributions, your struggles for equality, and your triumphs over the challenges you’ve faced.
You are the women of tomorrow, the ones transforming the world through your work, your choices, your dreams, and your battles. You have paved the way for social justice, breaking down stereotypes, fighting for gender equality, and claiming your rights in every sector.
But we know there are still battles ahead. Inequality remains, challenges persist, but just as the women before you – from Bishop Sarah Mullally¹ to Reverend Elizabeth Adekunle² , from Jocelyn Bell Burnell³ to Sarah Gilbert – you are ready to face them head-on. Your resilience is an inspiration for generations to come.
Today, we also remember those whose voices have not yet been heard. For them, as for you, we will continue to fight, raise our voices, make injustices visible, and work towards a future where every woman, no matter her background, choices, or dreams, can thrive freely and with dignity.
✨ On March 8th, 2025, let’s celebrate your achievements, your voices, and your future. You are the key to change. ✨
