🌿 Assembly of Cenacle sisters in Rome – D3
A PATH TO IDENTITY, ROOTED IN GOD…
Hello Nathalie ! I thought I’d lost you in the storm …
Well no … it’s impossible to get lost … we’re together …
What have you been up today?
We started the day with a good time of prayer around the baptism of Jesus✨. And we heard the Father say about Jesus: ‘This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased’. An invitation to say who God is for each one of us.
Oh yes, I understand, it helps you to make the journey towards your own identity, doesn’t it? We put down roots in God …
Absolutely. Then, in a small group🤝, we shared what some of the people we’d spoken to before coming had to say about us. It was really interesting to hear these common points that say something about who we are! Then we took the time to listen to some of our collaborators and friends from the Cenacle who had come to share with us.
Whether they come from Rome or Versailles, whether they work in support or more broadly in mission and friendship, they helped us to recognize ourselves. Thank you so much for your openness and the gift of sharing!
It must have been a busy day?
That’s nothing to sneeze at! The peaceful time of prayer at the end was very welcome. But even though I was very tired in the evening after this day, that didn’t stop me from playing a good game of cards with some of the sisters. Just to relax …
I can’t wait to see what we’re going to do with all this on the last day of the assembly. I promise I’ll tell you all about it…
