Spiritual direction is the help one Christian gives to another to enable them to discern how God is leading them in their life and how they might respond with integrity.

Spiritual direction provides a safe, confidential space for exploration of the important questions which may arise in the Christian life and give encouragement to grow in one’s relationship with God.
